Phlox


This delightful sport of ÔMinnie PearlÕ was given to us by retired plantsman Al Christ of Lakeland Nursery and has quickly become one of our favorite new nativars. It retains the exceptionally disease resistant, glossy green foliage and slowly spreading, upright habit of its parent, but blooms with masses of fragrant, pearly pink blossoms.


Perfect for spring sales, this early bloomer is blanketed in bright periwinkle purple, pinwheel flowers with upturned petals. This hybrid phlox behaves like a restrained creeping phlox, slowly forming a carpet of dark green foliage; great for rock gardens and slopes. Adaptable to heat, cold and alkaline soils.
