This hardy, low maintenance groundcover originally discovered in Russia forms a dense mat of evergreen, deep green foliage that turns bronze in fall. Small but plentiful cobalt blue flowers appear abundantly in spring and sporadically throughout the summer. A perfect companion for spring bulbs.
