Flat-topped clusters of vanilla scented, white flowers are highly attractive to pollinators and appear earlier than E. purpureum. This nativar makes a purposeful addition to moon gardens and meadow plantings. Stout, purple spotted, pubescent stems and mildew-resistant foliage form a robust, sturdy clump in the landscape. Breeder: Dr. Jim Ault.
