Managing Orders

Shortages are a fact of life in this business and we're not immune. Stonehouse attempts to do their very best by keeping up with inventory, losses and committed sales.

In the event of shortages we strive to identify the problem as early as possible and notify the customer.

Shipping Orders

We ship orders spring, summer, fall and and during the winter months.

Each season and geographic location of the US has its own peculiarities when it comes to making sure plants arrive happy and healthy at your location. We go to great lengths to ensure cold, heat

and moisture do not cause problems. During those times of the year when we are seeing extremes in temperatures we closely monitor our shipping processes and methods and take appropriate action.

Damage in transit is something else we are pretty serious about preventing. Our boxing system and shelved pallets for commercial freight shipments have an excellent track record.

Take a look at Shipping Policies for additional information on how we get plants to your location.
